InvoiceMore now includes options for direct online payments! Clients can now view invoices online with a link, and submit payments for them directly through PayPal or Authorize.net if enabled and configured. The payments will be automatically recorded and applied to the invoice and client account balance.
PayPal standard payments are available to everyone who has an InvoiceMore account, and the credit card payment option through Authorize.net is available to those who have paid-level accounts only. The ability to specify instructions for sending offline payments like checks or cash is also available to allĀ account holders, free or paid (not displayed in the screenshot above).
The default email template for sending invoices has been modified to include the invoice link, and attaching a PDF in addition to sending the link is now optional. This is a giant step in the right direction for InvoiceMore (complete billing automation), and we hope it’s a feature that gets well used and appreciated.
We Need Your Feedback
If you currently process credit cards through a different merchant gateway, we’d love to hear from you. We are currently evaluating more payment gateways like PayPal Pro, among others. Please leave any suggestions in the comments.
